what would cause this vibration

hello my car started to vibrate today for some reason. it does it when it is rolling. i forgot to check if it did it when the clutch was pressed or not. i do not think it was the motor.is it likely that a wheel weight fell off or a rear brake drum is warped. it did not seem to get worse when i put the brakes on but i really don't remember. i have a short memory span. this is a project car so the wheels and tires are not in to good of shape. no bends or warping but maybe a bad spot on a tire or junky wieghts.

Check your U-joints in the driveshaft, common problem that causes vibrations at higher speeds, regaurdless of engine speed or clutch engagement

and hes right, it coluld be an off balanced wheel, iv had that problem

ok today my back tire blew out and i do not have another one on yet. could it be likely that that tire developed a bulge and that started the vibration.
