What would work better??

B cam, 1.72 RR's and GT40 heads

or

F cam, 1.72 RR's and stock heads

I'm poor and cant afford good heads and I have this stuff hanging around. I know for a fact that since my pistons are not fly cut, that the valves will hit if I run the big cam with the GT40 heads, so I can run more cam if I use the smaller heads, but what would make more power with my TT setup?????

Go with the stock heads and sell me the 40s. Any way with a little work the 40s will perform nicely. A friend of mine is doing like 320 rwhp with a custom cam and ported gt40ps and i would think that the 40 should do close to that. I am planning on going with the gt40 cobra heads myself

I have a set of ported polished gt40 cobra heads, 3 angle valve job, new springs and locks that I would maybe sell....

heads are going to get you alot bigger gain then that cam will.

go with an e-cam in place of the b, the rockers, and the gt40 heads. that will be a nice setup, e-cam works nice on the street also.

e cam and 1.6's maybe.... with the 1.72's there isnt much room to float or for timing chain stretch and I dont wonna run it that close to failure, I have enough other things to be worried about....

i thought with a 1.7 it was right about 500 lift, must be a little more. just going off memory when my cousin used one, 2 years ago before i knew a thing about foxes.

get a 1.6 rocker then and its a nice combo.

how are you poor if you have an 03 wrx too?
