What year Waterpump 2 get

Im putting a 88 5.0 in a 95v6 body and im currently rebuilding the engine but wasnt sure which water pump 2 get the 88 or 95 do they match up 2 the block the same or are they different ....

no they are different. The water pump for 87-93 bolt up different and the water pump does not stick out as far. If you are gonna use all the 88 accessories then i would get the 88. But if your using 95 acc. get the 95. The 95 and 88 timing chain covers are different.
