what's "for R.P.O. Turn Signals" What does RPO stand for?

I forgot to ask what does wire #2,3 do? And if you all could tell me what wire #10 does in steering column wiring?

RPO stands for "Regular Production Options"

I guess those go to the hood turn signals(wires # 2 and 3)
