What's the compression on a '98 GT?

I thought is was something like 10:1 and 99+ is something like 9:1... not sure about the specifics but if you can tell me anything and everything and point to somewhere I can verify the facts that would be cool. A guy at work is questioning the Mustangs.

They are both 9:1. The 96-98's jump to 10:1 after the PI swap because of the difference in pistons.

Closer to 10.4:1 actually....but either way, it's gonna be a problem for a regular gas, or a blown engine.....but great for nitrous.

Yep closer to 10.4:1 - 10.5:1.
Nitrous loves compression that's for sure Brain.

Yes nitrous does love a PI swapped motor

Thanks for the responses guys. That's where I got that 10:1 from... the PI swap.
