Whats the difference between...

Hey, whats the difference between the steeda sport springs and the steeda ultra lite springs besides the weight of the springs? Do the sport springs ride better than the ultra lites? I'm thinking about picking up a set of these. Would i need the jounce bump stop kit too with these springs or what else would i need to install with the springs? Do i need those 2 strut boots that come with the ford racing springs too?

i read that the ultra lites and the sports both drop the front 1in and rear 1 1/4in? I know the spring install on these cars are so easy.. Do i need the bump stops or anything else with the install besides a front end alignment?
