Where are the fan relays? They arent in the little box under my hood with the other fuses are they?
the fan relays, as i understand it, are in the pcm (the box right in front of the fan, next to the overfow). Maybe replace the IAT?
if there is pressure building in the hose, that would obviously cause it to push out of some of the clamped ends. What you're suggesting is that the blower is puttnig boost into your coolant system, which would of course play havac with the whole system, not to mention that if something somehow did get crossed, there could be coolant going into the cylendars.
You may want to temporarily, or permenantly delete the egr and emissions stuff, which will bring up an error code, but your motor should still run fine. (obd1, not 2) That will eliminate any of that junk from the picture.
My other idea for the pressure is that maybe there is something in your hose blocking flow, or at least restricting it, like a buddy dropped something in there when you were installing the blower and never told ya or something, i dunno, which would cause the pump to keep trying to push, pressure to build, the water doesnt' circulate, causing the motor to get hot quick, cuz idle water is better than little water.
My last idea is a blown gasket, water getting into your cyl.'s which raises compression, making it hotter, the cyl. putting pressure into the hose on the compression stroke, causing your leak.
I'm out of ideas, and i don't know too much about the electrical stuff, sorry

Yea I would suggest you have the whole cooling system tested to see if it will hold pressure.

Assuming you don't have any HARD mechanical problems causing your trouble codes. Test both the ECT and the ACT sensors. They are technologically the same so this chart will work for both. First test the resistance between the two terminals on the sensor. Then back probe the two wires going to the sensor with it plugged in and the KOEO to get the voltage reading.

With all the codes your probably running open loop or limp home mode. With every thing being on the high end it kinda sounds like you have a grounding problem.
