Wheel and tire fitment

I recently purchased my first mustang. It came with 15x3.5" weld draglites up front and 15x10" out back. The rear tires are 275-60-15 Mickey Thompson drag radials. The inside of the rear tires seem to be rubbing. Does anybody else run this size wheel/tire on the rear with any problems? Also, how much street abuse can the 3.5" wide front wheels take? The car will only be a summer weekend car not a daily driver. Heres some recent pictures.

My car has 255/50r16 on the rear and they rub a little. I would go with 245 and you will be good.

will 245's fit a 10" wheel?? I've seen on Mickey Thompson's website that the size tires I have are recommended for an 8.5" wheel. I'm going out right now to measure my wheels.

Yah, there 15x10". Mickey Thompson recommends a 325 rear tire for that rim size. I definitely don't have room for that. What about wheel spacers?

I run a 275/60 on a 15x8 no rubbing you may need to massage the inner fender. I've had no problems with the skinnies just know there limitations.

Yeh 245 is too small for that 10 in. wheel. I got the impression that you were going to switch wheel. That tire is well matched for that wheel so like the guy above stated, you might need to bang the inner fender a little.

the biggest limitation with the skinny is the fact you now have way worse braking. With so little rubber contacting the road it is easier to lock up the front brakes.
