i went to three ford dealerships with my locking lugs, they wouldnt do anything to try getting them off at ANY.
i ended up going to over 10 places, before i found one who had this odd set of sockets that they pounded over. it was a special order set and the socket snapped in half on the last locking lug.
luckily, somehow they had another set and got it off for me. they charged 40 bucks for taking all 4 off, removing, and installing my new wheels.
