wheel spacers?????

ok guys, i wanna get the rear wheels out a little farther on my dad's 94 gt, hes got cobra r's (stock width) i need to know how thick of a spacer i can use with the stock lugs?????
also if anyone has any pics of their spacers that would help to since i plan on making them myself, thanks

i have 1 1/4 inch spacers on 275's from some guy on ebay, but sound the same as the H&R's with the lugs already in them.

Beware of how big of spacer you go, or you'll have to bend the inner lip of your rear fenderwell to not rub. From experience.

im not worried about the rubbing, as im only going with a 1", if someone could post or send me a few pics of the spacers themselves, im not sure how the lugs are attached and whatnot, im trying to figure out how they work so i can make some, im a tool and die maker, so ive got access to all the tools/material, any help would be great, thanks

Is your car lowered? I have the drag launch springs and 1" spacers. Rubbing is not a problem, but I could see if the car is lowered you would need to roll the inside of the fender.

i just ordered bbk 1.5" lowering springs for it, im going to figure out how far i can come out with the spacer before it rubs, i just need a pic of the spacer itself so i can figure out how to make it :bang:

thanks bill, that helps, i havnt seen one like that before with the studs and spacer being one piece before
ya...and there pretty affordable on e-bay but when you install them ensure you torque the spacer to hub bolts properly 95-105 ft. lbs. and i also used loc tight on mine you dont want the spacer coming loose from the hub...
