wheels...yes or no?

I think it's just different than the norm, that's why people might not accept them as quick.

Me personally, I think those are some good looking wheels, but I'm not so sure about on a S197. I'd have to see pictures of them to be sure.

Personally, I think they're a little too "bling bling" for a mustang. If you were driving a lexus, it'd be different.

But living in Richmond VA (trashy ghetto capital of the east), I'm a little sick of any chrome wheels. If they're tasteful... that's fine. But if they are $10k, twenty inch spinners, on a minivan that is worthmayber a thousand bucks, I just have to shake my head.

Sorry about the little rant. But I just don't think those wheels would really work on a new stang. But that's my opinion, and to each his own... if you like it, enjoy!

Check out the CS67 wheels instead!

I think the ones you are looking at are to flashy. I have Carroll Shelby CS67 wheels on my car and think they are the best looking wheels i've seen on a black mustang. They are 20x9.5 on the front and 20x10 on the back.

I agree with most of you, this car needs a more simple muscular looking wheel and I do like the shelby wheels but the thing is that I dont want 20 inch rims. I want a performance wheel. Right now I have 19 inch Zenetti Fives in black on my car and I love the way they look, but I just got supercharged and am going to take it to the track pretty often so I need a good road racing lightweight wheel that I can put some good R compound tires on.

I like 'em. People resist change, think that the new mustang looks good only looking like an old mustang. Just 'cause it doesn't look like an old mustang doesn't mean it's wrong. :nice:

'Course, I gotta get pics of my rims up here one of these days; I'm guessing people will whine about how ricey they are. :D
