The kit is a GT500 front end.

You can get it through ford, however you'll need a lot of hardware to make it look function (fogs, turnsignals, etc.). The lights are the projector lights that you often see on eBay. Lightblade has them I belive.

I've seen the wheels on this site before, just can't remember

That doesn't look like a GT 500 fascia to me. In fact, I think it is just plain ugly.

It looks VERY similar to the GT500 facia. To me it looks as if the headlight spliters are molded in and the openings around the fogs are flush whereas the 500 has a lip around the fogs.
The hood appears to be a "baby" Eleanor hood. I haven't seen anything exactly like the one on the GTR.
The wheels remind me of older style Momo. They have kind of similar ones now, but not exactly. The Konig Beyonds look similar as well. I do believe most of the car is hand built one-off "stuff".

the wheels are AXIS GTR, 20" i believe.

i also edited the title so that there were not two threads asking the same thing. since this one was more about the body kit, that seemed logical the wheel thread stayed as it. i found it second, and looks like the answer was there by the time i replied to this one.
