Where can I get cheap tires for 18"s?

how long are you able to wait? haha

i see your in south jersey.

how far is old bridge from where you live?

englishtown swap meet which is in sept. always has tire places down there, and you can get some pretty good deals on new tires. i'm buying a set of slicks and skinnies this swap meet hopefully.

i have gone to RW tire for all my cars, which they have a spot close to the begining of the track in the back.

if i remember right, i got a set of 18 bfg street tires for around 300 if i remember correctly for my thunderbird. got 2 sets of 16s for the thunderbird, for around 200 for one set, then 300 for the next, got 2 15s for my probe for around 48 bucks each, on seperate occasions. my dad used to work for them i'm pretty sure and then after he left there he kept in touch and ordered from there at his next job, so they still recognize him when we go there, and i get some pretty good deals.

the place i'm talking about is in bordentown, but you can get some real good prices at the swap meet.

That's probably a good couple hours from my place... I live in williamstown/franklinville area. I'm about 40 minutes from atco raceway. I would like to go to englishtown this year, it's been a while since I've been there but I'll probably have tires by then lol. I can't wait to get these new wheels on!

just realized your cobras in your sig are 17s. what wheels you throwing on?

yeah the swap meet is pretty far away, i think its late sept. bad because i can't wait till then, good, because i need to save more money before then so i can make myself go broke really fast.

The lowest I could get for 2 265/35-18's and 2 285/35-18s were $650 shipped to my house from Tire Rack.

this is the exact setup i am going to run on my 18x9 and 18x10 FR500s. sumitomo's, right? you can find USED 18s in that size range on ebay but be careful. there also new tires on there for cheap in that size ( or close ) but they come with a 30 sidewall :notnice:

i'm in the same boat as you but i think we've found the cheapest it gets :nonono:

Nexen is made by Toyo, it is sold to Nexen Japan, and imported. I'll try to find the website of tire manufacturers. Most tires are made by the big 3 or 4 tire companies and sold as brands to other companies. the reason Toyo cannot sell them as their own brand is the tire design is made by Nexen, but the tire is produced by Toyo.

I think I have the correct tire??? Rest assured it is made by a good tire company.

Nexen brand tires from ehay. They arent popular tires, but I had them on my 17s and they truly are a good brand of tire! Get the N3000s, about 425 for a set IIRC
