where is the rear window defogger wiring harness?

My car used to be a v6, and didn't come with a rear window defogger...I would like to put one in...I already have the button, the module for the front dash, I just need the glass with defogger (which I have found), but where is the harness that it plugs into?

You might not have the wiring.

Do the interior lights come on, when you pull on the exterior door handle (and the door doesn't open because it is locked)?

If I remember right, there were two interior wiring harnesses used on the V6 models. One being for the "stripped" version with few options.

no, they don't come on...what would it take to add it in? any ideas?

The two wiring harnesses are quite different.
