He's here and there, haven't seen him on the boards in a long time, but I met-up with him a few times the past few weeks. The paint on the car is complete (and looking fantabulous), but now he's trying to figure-out what to do with the motor. The project has been at a standstill for a while now. Anyone got a freshened-up shortblock they want to sell him for not too much coin ?

I say a bunch of us stangnetters should take a bus trip up there for a weekend and help him get that thing together and finished.

hahaha

hey fella's, it sure has been a while. Like Stephane said, the paint is done, and i haven't forgotten about the car, but i've been tight on cash, and hoping to get this thing finished by the end of summer. There's still a few more things I need to get before i can commence the build, but soon enough...i hope

And hey, feel free, if anyone wants to roadtrip up here and kick my ass into gear. It'd be fun to see some of your faces, and maybe get some new ideas for what to do with the engine. There's always a place for you to crash here as well

I miss this place, and I figure once work commences on the stang, I'll be on here like I used to be...

If you were on the other U.S. border, it'd be sweet to help out where ever I could with the car. That's a long drive though.

Best of luck getting the car put together buddy.

BTW, where's the old Aaron? He'd have said this:

It'd be fun to see some of your feces, and maybe get some new ideas for what to do with the engine.

ha! it's the only way to do'er.

It's a fun way to end a date. I went mudding the other day with some high maintenance girl in my passenger seat...and although she screamed for dear life, and asked me several times if it was legal to be even doing this...afterwords, covered in mud, she admitted to having a good time

Single life is fun sometimes, but sucks at other times, by the way....

haha, there'll be no selling of the stang. I've said it before and I'll stick to it, I'll have that when I'm 80, if I hit that age.

Moreless alot of my time is spent trying to get my mind off things I should have let go of already (read: Angela)

It's tough, alot tougher than I thought it would be. 3 years of stability ending as abruptly as it did can sure put a shake in your legs...and I'm usually one to be pretty tough when it comes to that stuff.

The ranger, the mud, it's all a way to get my mind off of things. If I could get a damn engine put together for the car, I'd probably spend every second of my time working on that...I know from experience that the Mustang can take my mind off a relationship gone horribly wrong lol

I haven't been myself, really...and I hope I can get back to being the old me at some point...I'm sure getting the mustang on the road'll help that alot

Thanks fella's

Yup. Three years. That's about right. (Bout what it took me. Still not "right", but it's coming. I do wake up a little happier, everyday. Seeing things with the "blinders" off helps, too.) Hang in there, bud.

BTW--Stay away from the high maintenance one's, they are only fun for a little while.

haha, the high maintenance girl is just something to get me moving...trust me, there's no way i could spend more than 2 hours with her without lighting her on fire. She's beyond high maintenance, but she's hot. It won't go anywhere too far, i can assure you of that.

Great mudding picture Paul, that's kick ass, I wanna find that pit
