Where to buy 3" mid pipe for 1 3/4" hooker 6227 Longtube headers?

These have the 3" 3 bolt flange I believe not the typical ball and socket joint. I found a set online for a fair price but I NEED to find a 3" mid pipe for them if I get then. The mid pipe also needs to bolt to a 2.5" flowmaster stock style cat back. Thanks a lot.

I believe hooker and Flowtech are the only ones that make 'stang specific H and X pipes that mate to LT's with a 3 bolt collector. The only thing is, they are 2 1/2". I really wouldn't worry about that extra 1/2". They also have the ball socket at the cat back end to mate up with stock style exhausts. They should come with 3" to 2 1/2" reducers if you want to mate them to whatever you have already. If you're really set on 3" pipes, your going to have to cut another brand to the proper length and add 3 bolt flanges, or have custom pipes bent.

My combo needs the 3" but if it requires me to have a custom pipe made, screw that. I'm not driving my car open header for a bit.

Looks like bbk with a 3" vrs x pipe it is.

does bbk make a 3 inch opening? i thought they are just 2.5 and even those arent truely 2.5.

Thanks Timmy. Another dude on corral said he's running a 3" dr gas with his hookers.

The bbk collector opening is about 2.5" or just under from what I have read. I didn't measure it when I had my bbk 1 5/8" LT's. If I get bbk's again i'll try and open it up more best I can.
