Where to go for dyno tune in South Florida?

In the 94-95 forum I was told to go to Razors Edge or Thunder Motorsports and on another forum they said not to go to Thunder but to go to Blow by racing. ANyone ever hear of these places? Where is a good place for custom chip/dyno tune?
