Which cam should I use??

I can't decide what cam to buy. I just got a set on Edelbrock Performer alum. heads from a friend of mine. I figured while I was that far into the motor I would go ahead and get a different cam. I'm currently using the E303 in my setup now, but like something with a bit more top end without completely killing my low rpm torque. Here's the rest of my setup:

95 GT
306 ci
GT-40 Iron heads (replacing with Edelbrocks)
E303 (replacing with ???)
Performer RPM Intake
3.73 rear
24# injectors
MAC longtubes & H-pipe
Aeromotive adj. FPR
MSD digital 6
80mm Pro-M maf

id check out Ed Curtis' cams he runs FTI and makes custom cams...ive been sold on his cams after talking to him and other guys that have them....
