Ok heres what I will have when I install the cam.

70mm MAF
Cold air intake
70mm TB
GT-40/Cobra intake
E7 heads that flow around 219/155 cfm (Good head job little better than GT-40's)
Long tube headers (1 5/8 primary 2 1/2 in collector)
2 1/2 H pipe no cats
2 1/2 cat back
3.73 gears

Ive got a T-5 tranny. I'm looking for something fairly agressive, perferibly not the 303e. I think the 303f might be a tad to big, Im leaning to the 303b because it has a somewhat agressive design. This car is daily driven but I don't mind any lope (Perfer a little actually). I dont mind getting another brand cam if anyone thinks there is a better choice. Are the mods above a good combo? Im looking for a high 12s low 13s pass streetable hoping I'll get it from this combo.

Thanks.

I've had a b303, tfs stage 2 (in my truck) and e303 (now). Really don't like the ford cams after all these years. The TFS stage 2 is really killer sounding but you have to notch your pistons. Probably going to ditch the e cam myself in favor of something better one of these days. Blah, cam #3 for my stang.
Don't know if they're still around but my friend used to have your exact setup with a wolverine 1087 cam that really rocked.

for your combo i'll run XE270HR-12 from comp cams #35-324-8 is the best cam i could find for your engine the cam card sais that it uses 1.7 rockers but i called comp cams and they told me that it works good with 1.6, you cant go bigger than that because of your heads and i dont think you have problems with your pistons because of you valve size....

all the 5.0 cams from ford are outdated, get a TFS stage1. Oh and BTW all ford cams aren't crap, i run an FRPP cam in my 466, very nice cam profile with a split duration and high lift.

I think you should get a cam that fits what ever springs you're running and with in the RPM range your motor runs at. No point in putting a cam in a motor with springs that aren't going to take it.
