They both look pretty nice! What kind of paint did you use? Did you use a primer too? Take some pics of the engine bay and it may be easier to compare.

they have 1 coat of primer.....for the laser red one its duplicolor spray paint(their book is all sorts of wrong with the color codes...laser is E9 well they have EG-"electric current red" so technically that is what it is) anyways....

red- 1 coat of a filler primer(all i had around)let that dry and then on to the red. ive found that the duplicolor spray touch ups(or at least the can i have) likes to run A LOT!...so i ended up going over it like 3-4 times because i just kinda "misted" it on, then letting it dry, then another mist of paint, and so on...so i slowly covered it all...after that dried i hit it with a coat of duplicolor clear coat made for wheels....

gunmetal-1 coat of same primer, and 2 coats of the metalic gunmetal(cant remember exact name) Duplicolor wheel paint....

tomorrow im gonna drill the holes for the intake temp sensor and fit em up...will be nice to replace the old dirty white pvc that has been in there for a year...

I had teal and black. I like the black better. It looks a little more stock and you cant see any grime or anything from off your hands like you can the other colors.

i'd stay with the red if you're going to put some more red highlights in that bay. Otherwise, the gunmetal looks cool.

I like the gunmetal MUCH more. The red just looks out of place to me.

Is it 3" PVC? And how large is the IAT sensor hole?

3" PVC, and the sensor is 5/8ths...and it will thread in and fit like it was meant to be there...
