I have a leak in my current MAC off-road H-pipe, so I was thinking about switching to a MAC off-road X-pipe instead. I haven't heard alot about MAC X-pipes so is the H-pipe better, louder, more dependable, etc?

The Pro Chamber H-Pipe is probably one of the best you're going to come by.

i am pretty bias....I think you have to hear it yourself personally to make the pick.

Speaking from a performance perspective

It is gonna be close between the two IMHO

As for sound and these exhaust threads

Each person has their opinion on that outcome.

i've got a x with my mac catback and it's bananas! i love it, very raspy, not your typical sound. i just swapped an x into my 88 lx, and i think i might want to go back to the H. the sound is so much deeper with the h, it's more "classic" muscle sound.

here's a crappy vid of my 94 with the x http://media.putfile.com/Untitled_00056058
