which fuse goes to..

What fuse(position) goes to the acc. plug in front of the shifter?
It don't work and I don't really want to tear into it searching for a fusible link,
or chasing wires. Neither cig lighter nor horn work either

well the fuse for the acc for the shifter and cigarette lighter is the only green 30amp fuse in the engine compartment PDC. As far as the horn, Just get a test light and check ALL your fuses. Good luck.
