Which MC and which brake lines?

These are basically the last 2 questions I need answered so I can purchase the remainder of the parts needed for my 5 lug conversion.

I read Matt90GT's site (svo73mm.cjb.net) and while it offers a boat load of information, I am still not positive on which MC to go with.
I will be upgrading to 94/95 front brakes and using drums for the rear. BUT eventually (winter or within a year) I will do a FULL Cobra brake setup.
I need to know which MC to get. Also i have a TFS stage 1 cam. This was a consideration noted on Matt's page as it changes vacuum and his recommendations are based on the stock cam.

Using the brake setup information above, i need to know which brake lines to get? Do I get them for a 94/95GT? And I suppose i'll have to get new ones when I switch to Cobra brakes? (If that is the case I will just get rubber ones and switch to stainless steel braided when I go cobra)

Thanks.

If using 94/95 brakes up front, use a 94/95 master cylinder. That will allow room for expansion for rear discs. Deal with the brake booster when you find that you have a pedal pressure problem.

Vacuum problems may be solved by adding a vacuum reservoir. The reservoir is nothing more than a large sealed can or tank with a check valve in the hose where it connects to the vacuum tree. The other hose from the vacuum reservoir goes to your brake booster. When the engine is making less vacuum than what is in the reservoir, the reservoir helps supply extra vacuum. When engine vacuum come up again like it does at cruse, the reservoir is recharged. The most difficult part of the whole thing is finding a place to put the vacuum reservoir.

See Summit or Jegs for a vacuum reservoir.

Ok, I just want to get this straight. There doesn't seem to be a definite answer in this question because obviously it varies a certain amount with pedal feel.

So you think my best bet is to do 94/95 master cylinder with the 94/95 front brakes and ranger rear drums? Then down the line when I upgrade to the cobra setup (and perhaps 4 piston calipers), I will need the vacuum booster?

It would help if some people who have done this conversion list what brakes and mc/booster they have.

Thanks again.

I have a 99v6 mc and booster. My break pedal is a bit soft compaired to my brother hydraulic booster (96+cobra style), but I like it just fine. If your going to do a brake swap, you might as well go all out and do the rears as well. I absolutley love the new brake feel and pedal effort I have conpaired to stock.

Woah my name is suddenly in red and says founding member? Must be a glitch.

Anyhow I'd love to do everything at once, but I'm on a budget and if I were to wait and get the cobra brakes, it would well take a bit longer. A friend wants to buy my 93 cobras as soon as he can, and i've got 03 cobras sitting in the garage.
