Which MC and which brake lines?

These are basically the last 2 questions I need answered so I can purchase the remainder of the parts needed for my 5 lug conversion.

I read Matt90GT's site (svo73mm.cjb.net) and while it offers a boat load of information, I am still not positive on which MC to go with.
I will be upgrading to 94/95 front brakes and using drums for the rear. BUT eventually (winter or within a year) I will do a FULL Cobra brake setup.
I need to know which MC to get. Also i have a TFS stage 1 cam. This was a consideration noted on Matt's page as it changes vacuum and his recommendations are based on the stock cam.

Using the brake setup information above, i need to know which brake lines to get? Do I get them for a 94/95GT? And I suppose i'll have to get new ones when I switch to Cobra brakes? (If that is the case I will just get rubber ones and switch to stainless steel braided when I go cobra)

Ok, I just want to get this straight. There doesn't seem to be a definite answer in this question because obviously it varies a certain amount with pedal feel.

So you think my best bet is to do 94/95 master cylinder with the 94/95 front brakes and ranger rear drums? Then down the line when I upgrade to the cobra setup (and perhaps 4 piston calipers), I will need the vacuum booster?

It would help if some people who have done this conversion list what brakes and mc/booster they have.

Anyhow I'd love to do everything at once, but I'm on a budget and if I were to wait and get the cobra brakes, it would well take a bit longer. A friend wants to buy my 93 cobras as soon as he can, and i've got 03 cobras sitting in the garage.
