I have to get a new clutch and I was wanting opn's on which one to get?
Is the King Cobra good or should I just pay the extra $$$ for the SPEC stage II? While I am at it should I purchase an alum. Fly wheel or is the stock one still good after 120,000 miles?

I killed my King Cobra I had before and it was a PITA to push the clutch. I now have a SPEC and it is the best one I ever had. I have had CenterForce, Mcleod, Ford HD and a King Cobra and SPEC by far hands down has been the best. You will not be disappointed. :nice:

Spec all the way.....King cobras are cheaper for a reason b/c they suck. I just put in a SPEC II, So far its really nice even though its still slipping after 500 miles :bang: ....maybe just needs more miles to break it in.

I still use the stock flywheel with 160K.
I did absolutely no break in period on my SPEC and 1500K later with no problems.

Striped: Did you have the flywheel resurfaced before you put it back in?

Yes Im not a Noob :D

I took it up to almost 5,000 RPM's in second gear on the way home last night after a week of real easy driving and alot of shifting and it still slipped, I dunno maybe it was tire spin
