I need a little help from you guys on here, to set things straight! I'm interested in pulling my Stock throttle body off my 2000 Saleen S281SC which has the Saleen Series I Blower and upgrading it to a bigger and better one! I've been told by some that I can't go any bigger than a 70mm Throttlebody with my type of Saleen blower and by others that I can use a 75mm TB! So first off, can I swap out the stock one for a 75mm Throttle Body on my Saleen Series I Blower without any modifications to the current (Metal Saleen back of the blower inlet tube????) Secondly, I've been told that Accufab makes the best Throttlebody??? I don't think I like the polished Aluminum look or the upkeep & care it requires, what do people think about the 75mm Dragon Anodized Silver throttle body?? BBK TB?? Professional TB?? I'm hoping I can upgrade to a 75mm TB but please clear things up here, I would hate to drop the money and find out by trial and error! I know someone will have answers on here! Thanks in Advance!

i used the 75 on my series 2, I dont think the series 1 is any different. The plenum size is a 70mm, so you'll see no gains from a 75mm tb, but if you ever do a series4/5 plenum kit (which is a 75mm) then it will come in handy

tb

to tell yo the truth, also im sure John Michoviz will back me up, he owns acfuab with the power most are making with the series I-II, you relly dont need a tb, but if you must the acfuab 75mm tb is the best money can buy, and the upkeep is miminal, the finish is great and it works perfect, but like i said its not gonna be a huge gain or any if that.
