What I don't understand about this statement is, how do you think that they are dress up when they are only charging like $149 for a pipe. Yes, they do sell a lot of billett parts but they are also known for being very fast.

If I am correct their car is the Red Car in the Red BFGoodrich ads, and the car goes like 8's on DR's. I don't think that I have seen Dr. Gas, Bassani or any other mfr. even competing.

Talk about dress up, why on earth would someone pay $$$$$ for the bassani or for that matter any other pipe when they all function the same!

I had gone with VRS on my last Xpipe fit was great and performance as well. I also think that they are the mfr. of the UPR pipe.

Yeah i would have to agree with XStanger. Having owned 3 different x pipes in about a 3 month span. I would have to agree there isnt really much difference in sound. Fitment well a little . But after having a bassani and dr. gas i ended up keeping my BBk it sounds great. Not a real fan of the high rpm raspy sound but i noticed a good rise in power. Next step gonna try a o/r h pipe. Thats my 2 cents.

I got Bassani. I love the sound. Whatever you do I would recommend getting a catted pipe unless you want it REALLY loud.

i just put a bassani catted x on my 02 GT and i have absolutely no complaints except i wish i would have gone offroad because it isn't loud enough for me. the fit was excellent. i had zero leaks when i put it on and i like the sound with my flows.

UPR is a very good x-pipe and the fit, price and sound is great. It makes no since to spend a ton of money on a o/r pipe when they all perform about the same.

I got the Mac O/R X and so far so good. Sounds smooth and install was cake.
