Whistling CAI ?

I bought a CAI by UPR(link below) for our 98 V6 coupe. It whistles really bad ! I didn't notice it at first but after about 10 minutes of driving it was very noticable. It only happends at part throttle, like if you are just barrely giving it gas. Has anybody else delt with this ? I have checked all the rubber fittings and it seems to be all sealed up so i think the whistle is coming from the filter or the kit itself.

Yeah, it's normal CAI stuff. All of them do it. It's actually there at higher speeds, just most of the time too high pitched or droned out. And you think it's loud inside the cabin, imagine standing next to the car.
