White Faced Gauges Revisited!

Hello! I know there was a recent post here about white faced gauges, and thought I would see if anyone could expand on it. More specifically, does anyone have the EL (electroluminescent) powered "reverse" gauges? I saw a couple on ebay and thought they looked decent. I even saw some that were voice activated and had flames! I don't want to get too radical, but think some EL gauges would be cool. If you do have them, how hard was the installation? Where is the inverter connection made? Do you have any pictures you can post? Thanks!

Inverter connection is made at the headlight switch harness. Install is usually pretty easy, just slip over the stock gauges.

switch is mounted to the right of the hood release lever. its just stuck up there with adhesive velcro. i dropped it down through the dash while the gauge pod was out, so everything is hidden. There are two wires, you splice one into a 12v power wire on the headlight switch and ground the other one. pretty easy.
