white haze on spark plugs and exhaust valves?

so today i dissasembled my engine and when i took the heads off i noticed that there is a white haze on the spark plugs and the exhaust valves but its not on the intake valves.

Is this normal????

its like a bright white, and i have never seen that before so if you guys no what this is or have a guess its better than mine because i have no clue.

Sounds like a lean condition. How old are the O2 sensors? Dirty fuel filter? Any codes? It doesn't sound normal, so start with the basics and see if anything comes up.

coolant can create a white like powder or crystalization in the combustion chamber. Did you notice anything on the head gasket or anything that may indicate a leak?
