Ok both turbos are in and spooling just fine. The Vacuum is about -20 at idle. When I first put the turbos in I didn't have a remote oil pump so oil pooled in the turbo and I had oil everywhere.. shut it down ordered the oil pump and got it mounted last night. Now when the car is running it's puffing white smoke.. WTF

I'm thinking it's because I didn't install the 255lbs yet, cause the pump is running lke crazy in the back and if i set the fuel pressure to 39.5 without vac the car has a hard time running. then once it set it so that it idles smoothly, white smoke.. and it also sputters if you try to rev it..
i called Don and he is great but I'm trying to work this out...

ok I have come to the conclusion that I think one of my injectors is staying open.. because after the car sits for awhile it starts right up and runs at idle fine.. NO SMOKE!!! Then after you rev it about one or two times here comes the white smoke. Shut it down and try to restart it and it acts like its flooded. You have to pump the pedel to get it to start..

Does this sounds like I'm going the right way???

White "smoke" is oil White steam is coolant. Steam will evaporate fairly quick, while smoke will hang around.

It sounds like one of your turbos is leaking oil.

Hopefully I didn't F up one of the turbos on the initial start-up with out my oil scavenge pump.. There is no coolent in the oil so I'm good there.. But would that cause the car to sputter when I rev it???...
Still gonna check the fuel injectors.. It maybe a duel problem...:bang: :bang:

i hope that is the case... I'm going to take some pics tonight and put them on to show you.. i installed the oil pump in front of the radiator. Right behind the hood release latch and T the 2 turbos into 1 to the IN side and a single line OUT to the oil tank...

it is probably your remote oil setup.....how did you run the setup?

oil will leak past the turbo seals and then burn when it hits the exhaust if you arnt scavenging enough oil.
that sounds like it could be your issue. worst case scenario is you trashed one of the seals in the turbo. hopefully that isnt the case.

Last night I got the fuel tank reinstalled and started the car.. The idle was great and no smoke. So I revved it a couple of times and it sputtered from 3000 to 5000 rpm and then the white smoke came back.. I let it idle for a minute or 2 and the smoke disappeared.. So I decided to slowly take it throught the RPMS to see if it would sputter that way. Slowly revved it to about 5000 and it went up smoothly but it was bellowing white smoke.. I think I may have blown the dam turbo seal..

I have owned turbo cars got white smoke one time when I over serviced the oil. Then another time the car sputtered and was hard to drive when my intercooler pipe slipped off..

Hate this cause I'm gonna miss Fast Ford Weekend at ATCO this weekend.. F7&^%&^$&$&%$^%$&^%&*^%KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

gonna pull my SCT chip and make sure i have a good connection.. That might be the reason for my studder when i rev the car.. Then i'm going to have to wait itl we move into the new house before i can pull the turbos for the blown seal.. Don't want to have to tow the car over there cause My turbo aren't back in a week...
