good or bad tell me what you got?

i'm thinking of doing a small shot on my '93

i'm all about the juice but always had forged pistons and never thought twice about it.

i really see no reason a dry 75 will do any harm.

but i'd like to hear stories, not opinions, or a "my cousin knew a guy that had a sisters boyfriend"

i've sprayed 3 cars and know the routine.

i wanna hear about personal experience , thanks in advance

Your good to go on the hypers man , the pistons are not as bad as peole talk about all the time. In a NA combo they are actually better due to being lighter and having a smaller clearance between the piston and cylinder wall... People with the 05 stang run blowers and do 125 shots ... its all in the tune!

My old 357 with KB hyperutectic's got sprayed with a 150 shot a good bit.Never had any problems and that was spinning the motor at 6600-6800rpm's!

Edit: Most of the times we sprayed it thou, they were on the street.Couple times on the track. My opinion is though,if your racing it ALOT (like every week-end or serious bracket racing),it will probably eventualy break.I think that a stock rod will go befor a hyperutectic piston though, unless you go to lean or detonation.
