Who in here has the quickest E/T on a stock T5?

I wanna know whats the quickest time someone has ran on a T5?
And also how long did that tranny last under the punishment?
I've already posted one thread about a T5, im trying to figure out
about how tough a freshly rebuilt T5 is. I now they're pretty weak
but im very curious about this. I've also heard its all in how you shift,
i've heard if you slam through the gears the tranny will break sooner...
is there any truth to that? Any replies would help me out alot...

I ran 11.63@ 118mph so the car hooked on my 142k mile T-5 and this transmission seen 450rwhp for the last 4 years but never ran slicks which is why it lasted. I run a 11.99 bracket for the last 3 years so this transmission seen this abuse 200+ runs and finally gave up the end of last season. I lost 5th gear and every other gear still worked when I pulled. 5th gear could not handle the horsepower under full boost from 4th and the Syncro's or the gear moved on the shaft because if I bang 5th fast and hard it would go into gear.
