As most of you know i am in the middle of a complete nightmare. I agreed on an even trade for rims. I shipped mine, he received them today, and still hasn't shipped his. He fails to respond to my emails, but did promise me a UPS tracking number today. No Dice. No Number. I am seriously considering take a little trip and make a visit. Anyone intersted in coming along? I have more info on this guy than you could imagine, so i know where to go. I am an honest guy, and i expect the same in return. On the same note i wasn't born yesterday, and i am the wrong guy to mess with.

Hey John, you pay for gas or a plane ticket, I'll go break knee caps and bring back your wheels, no kidding. This is BS with what's going on. You should call the guy's local PD and see if they can't influence him to follow through. I hope everything works out bro. Remember, if no one sees you do something, you didn't do it, so leave no witnesses!

Unfortuneately there isn't much you can do on this other than deal with it. I can't imagine how you feel, and how pissed off you are at this guy. I got ripped off $25 on an internet deal and I was pissed. Everytime you do a transaction over the internet you take a chance, and I'm sure you understood that. If I were this guy I wouldn't have given my real name or any info that could lead you to me. Either all that info he gave you is some random real address he pulled from a phone book or something, or he was telling the truth and something happened to him, his computer, or something else, there are a lot of variables.

Anyways, good luck, and keep it legal, you definately don't want to screw yourself over if you do something you'll regret.

Thanks for the input guys. I called his house and the number is temp. out of service, so chances are he doesn't have internet either, which also explain why the last email i got on thursday was from his work email address. So either this kid CAN'T email me back or he's just stupid. The joker has a picture of himself on his yahoo profile. lol. So i know where he lives, where he works, and what he looks like. If nothing conspires this week, next weekend i am renting a full size SUV and going out with anyone who wants to join me. I can get a good deal on rental cars, so maybe an Excursion or something. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for the help guys!

I failed to mention this BlackFox, but i have all the emails discussing the deal, shipping arrangments, all the shipping papers, and proof of delivery. So i think that will hold up in a court of law.

So i got an email from Retard (thats his new name). Check this out:

have your wheels boxed and ready for shippment. just having problems with the money to ship them. i will get them to you and i apologize for the delay. I am sorry.

My Response:

I understand everyone has money issues, but you should
have figured that the wheels would have cost a good
amount to ship. You should have told me earlier that
you were not going to be able to ship them right away
and I would have waited to ship mine. I missed a car
show this weekend expecting to have a set of tires by
now. Please contact me on my cell phone ASAP @
1-508-294-7831 so we can discuss this further.
I need a date of shipment today. I don't want to make
this a legal matter I just want you to be fair and
ship them like you said you would.

Well, hopefully he's being honest and not just throwing you a line. He should have planned on the price of shipping, it's his responsibility to get the wheels to you. Make sure to stay on his ass until you have welds under the stang bro.

Well it appears that he only has internet at work now because thats the email addy he writes from, and his home phone is disconnected...so i think he isn't paying the ol' utilities. Hey not my problem. I don't care if he has to rob the corner liquor store for the money. I am still on course (providing i can get sunday off this weekend) to drive out there with a few of my friends and picking them up myself if he doesn't ship. He can either come up with $150 to ship, or i drive out there and hand him the gas reciepts and he can pay approx $200 in my gas to get out there. Choice is his. This is going to come to end my way.

Well, I completely understand where you're coming from, but I don't think handing him gas reciepts will help, because he won't have the money to pay for them. I say you get your rims back, along with the Welds to make it even lol.

Well Rob thats what another person mentioned, and i think i agree. Both sets of rims should offset my time and frustration. I made a post in the midwest forum for any help from locals, so hopefully i'll get some responses. I hate to do this but this means war!

Yeah, both sets of rims would be nice for you, but I doubt he'd agree at all, because then his car will be sitting on cinder blocks. BTW- if you do get both rims back, I call dibs on the bullits. Those are some schweet rims bro. I'd be more than happy to trade back the split spokes and some $$ for those pieces. Anyway, good luck again, and don't do anything that'll put you into a position where you could end up as someone's bitch lol.
