Isn't what this guy doing considered mail fraud??? Mail fraud is a federal offense which constitues mandatory jail time and fines, lots of fines. Hopefully the cop in IN will help you out. Might want to ask the local cop about the mail fraud thing.

I hear ya Rob. Me and the wife don't have the money to get out there unfortunately, and i won't have the money to buy any wheels this year. Looks like she's sitting on blocks till next season. My worst nightmare is coming true.

Problem resolved. I was talking with a guy (SN screen name ss93cobra) who was incredibly helpfull. He drove down there (30 minute ride) got a cop from the police station to escort him to the house. Got the wheels. The kid got a very stern talking to from a very LARGE cop. Apparently the kid was shaking in his boots. He claimed he was broke, no money to ship. So ss93cobra, took the new wheels off his porch and is shipping them to me tomorrow. I am going to pay him back for the shipping and continue to hunt this kid down to be re-embersed. I will probably never get my money back, but if $150 is all it costs me for this to be over....its worth it. Meanwhile i am going to smear this kid all over the internet

That is first rate! I'll tell you what, since I am sick to death of s**t-bags, I want to take a pro-active step for one of the good guys. Glad to hear it was straightened out John. Which rims are you getting, the Welds or the Bullits? Here's a piece of adivce: Don't put his info out. If someone were to retalliate, you could be seen as soliciting such an act, and could get in trouble. Here's a time where being the bigger man is the best choice. I know I've said some stupid things in reguard to this, but this twerp is not worth it. I'd just send a big thanks to the guy who hooked you up, and then try to get reimbursed if possible. You got lucky on this one bro, I thought you were screwed.
