I've been getting a check engine light after my chip install. The KOER test gives me a 173, and a 137, which i understand that i am running rich. But the KOEO test gives me a 511 which is electronic control assembly (ECA) problem- read only memory (ROM) test failure. Does anyone know what the hell this means. I'm stumped. Thanks for you help guys.
