Who was it had their front clip cut off and replaced?

Someone in Massachusetts had a yellow SN95 and had their front end cut off because it was rusting alot and had it replaced with another front clip.

Does anyone remember who that was? I am looking for a reputable shop to do this to my Mach1. I don't want to try it myself.
