Is there anything under that hood that's not polished? Did you spend any time on the interior as well? I've seen the exterior up close it was rediculously clean and detailed, but hood was down and the windows are dark.

Oh. I was only playing anyway. That binkie thing was funny as hell, but you don't need to bring it with you on Sat.

Well I'm gonna try and swap out that other quarter window in the morning so do you feel like coming all the way to my house to pick them up or do you want to meet somewhere?

DMAN...Get to work and post some progress pics.
I was in the market for a C&L pipe and MAF, a few weeks ago. I ended up going with an AFM N/A Power Pipe (No other reason, but availability). I'm spraying it the same color as the car. That, coupled with a freshly repolished PP intake, ACCUFAB TB, tall aluminum (plain) vlave covers, Chrome water neck, chrome A/C bracket and polished water pump...among other things (), the engine bay will be taking on a different look this spring. Can't wait!!

Hey!!! pics from you are JUST as important!! Sounds awesome!. I used the Edelbrock polished pump when I put the new motor in two yrs ago and it's held up it's finish rediculously well...I could not have been happier, your car is going to look even better, if that's possible.

Is there a "How to Polish" thread somewhere around here... when I build the top of my motor I'd like to do the accessories.

It won't look anything like DMAN or Manson's car, but I don't won't it completely ugly

Strype..once you get the method down it's easy to do. The only problem is it's dirty, somewhat boring, and every time you finish one part...you will see another to take off the car and do.

I think I have a problem here.

Bingo...Bingo. DMAN and Mansonozz. I started out with a few little parts. Then another....Then the one beside that part...Then the other on the other side.....WTF!!!????
It's fun though. Nothing matches the feeling you get when you pop the hood and see the expression on the face of the person who asked you to do so. LOL. If nothing else, it's a fun, rewarding past time.

And Derek, I will post some pics when I get some. You do not want to see this thing right now.

I was also going to post a thread on a white coupe that I just bought. It was a roller with SSM rear lowers on it and SCT chip plugged in, FRPP (new) 3.73's, Pro 5.0 shifter, 3G alternator, 80mm C&L MAF, Aeromotive FPR, new weather stripping.....etc....But I don't have any pictures to post yet. So, I'll keep my mouth shut and not say anything. LOLOLOL...
