If you have to have a convertible in that area then I would think heated seats would need to be on the mod listUnfortunately up here you have a solid 3-4 months of top down weather and then it's just cold the rest of the year

A heated seat fan? I have an ear worm for you.Most convertibles up here are seasonal use only. Very rare to see one in the fall/winter. Most people just buy them as a 3rd or 4th car and drive it on nice days n the summer, and then drive the SUV with 4WD in the winter.
Heated seats really only become an issue when you have leather. Other than that, it's not bad sitting into a cloth seat. My driving season ends around Sept anyway when it's dipping into the 50's in the daytime. Brisk, but you can still put the windows down with the heater on.
In the Daily driver, heatest seats are a must. It's nice with modern dailys when you remote start them and the heated seats go on automatically. By the time you get in the car when it's 10 degrees outside, the seat is nice and warm. No more squirming on cold leather. Heated steering wheels are a bonus.

I've had many convertibles, most were mustangs. They all suffered the same cowel shake but a strut tower brace helps that, I also drive my last fox vert almost daily, other that the occasional drip from the top-to-windshield seal at high speed in the rain it was a very pleasant driver.
Convertible Lives Matter
That a Gen-u-wine R/T? Used to work for a guy who had one of those back in the 90's- a bench seat car no less (why any one would order that in an R/T is anyone's guess). He bought it from the original owner for $1200 because it had a bad oil pressure sending unit and their mechanic was trying to convince them it needed a total rebuild so they sold it. Totally unmolested original car... unfortunately the ugliest bronze/beige color in the catalog. Still had the old handicapped sticker on the bumper Cali used before the special license plates.You don't buy a vert for an everyday driver.. My dodge doesn't even have a top...
