Well first I think your cam is just a litte too large for the other mods you have. I am not a big fan of large cams at all and the f-cam is rather big. Second when you get into modifying changing one thing usually leads to ten. You need a adj fuel pressure regulator and a good liquid filled gauge to keep tabs on your pressure and adj it accordingly. I would also get those headers on the motor. With the top end mods you need to get the air out too and the factory headers suck and are definately the bottle neck in your exhaust. And finally the best thing you can do is traction. 98% of my drag strip time is on a 1/8th mile and I have been racing for about 5 years now. Just for comparison here are some of my 1/8th times at various stages of mods to my car.

Stock motor, underdrive's, off road pipe, flowmasters, M/T sportsman pro tires, stock 2.73 gear: 9.03@76 with a 1.93 60ft.

Same mods as above with 3.27 gears: 8.01@76.89 with a 1.92 60ft.

Stock bottom end with holley systemax alum heads, e-303 cam, edelbrock performer rpm intake, 3.73 gears, underdrives, off road x-pipe, dynomax ultra flo welded mufflers, 24# injectors, pressure regulator, 190lph fuel pump, etc and lots of track time my best was 8.03@85-86mph

Then I went all out and built a long rod 306 based off the sportsman block with all forged goodies, 9.5 compression, main girdle, used the same heads but had them ported and the intake to match, with a cam that is roughly the same size as the f-cam with just a few differences that were specific for this motor and e/t drags. 7.61@90.3 with a 1.59 60ft.

Not trying to knock your recent cam change I just think it has too much duration for a car without a higher flowing head. To get a good 1/8th time it's all about torque with out cars. They are heavy and take some low end torque to get them moving. Plus you need to look into some other supporting pieces like the fuel side of things and poss a good tune.

No you should have researched cams a little better and choose the right cam to match you combo. Use the search button and if you're still not clear ask..

your cam is too large. if you wanna equal everything out i would invest in victor jr. intakes and victor jr. heads(im sold on Edelbrock, some people will disagree with me but thats what i recommend). also, 24lb. injectors if you're staying N/A and an adjustable FP regulator and a tune and you should be well into the low, low 13s and high 12s. or, you could dive deep into the motor and get a more appropriate cam since the Fcam is a blower/nitrous cam.

Also, I have similar to your combo but more mods but when I added the 65mm FR Throttle body, it woke the car up and also comes with new electronics which is nice.
