Why is this saturated?

This is on my 4 banger and sorry for posting in here but no help and lack of activity in the 4 banger section.Anyways why is this tube so saturated in oil?Or is it not a big deal?peace

yep, the pcv/separator can get plugged up on these.

Look for both of them under the lower intake manifold, coming off the block...

It's an issue in that it indicates that your crankcase isn't venting properly. this affects ring seal and gasket/seals...
