Widest 9 inch and Mustang II front end question

I have a friend doing a street rod build up and he was wondering 2 things that maybe you guys can help out on.....

1. He is wanting to know what is the widest 9 inch was and what it came in. I believe that it is around 61 inches like out of a 61 T-bird but not sure if Ford made anything wider.

2. He is also wanting to know what the distance between frame rails on a Mustang II suspension out of a Mustang or Pinto. This one I have no clue where to begin on.

his best bet is to just buy a MII crossmember from a company. he can get it in quite a few different lengths.

I believe the widest 9" I've seen is from the 80-87 trucks and vans. Those are about 65" in total width. Some 80-82 F100s have the 5 X 4.5" bolt circle on 31 spline axles.
