Wierd noise?

I have a 95 gt 5 speed, ive had it for about a week, it just started making this wierd ticking, clicking, ratteling noise when i accelerate,it almost sounds like something is being dragged under the car, then again it kinda sounds sorta like pinging, but its under the car, it seems to be loudest in 1st 2nd and 3rd, 4th and 5th theres alot of wind noise, and road noise so its not as noticeable, it sometimes makes a single loud click when i engage the clutch the reverse, it might click once or twice, when i downshift, or in neutral, but not usually, i was kinda thinking maybe the ujoints are going bad, it is getting worse, day by day

any help would be appreciated

It doesnt do it when the car is stopped, but as soon as i go its rattleing, thanks for the help im gonna check it out tonight
