Just shut my car off after half an hour of driving and when I shut it off, I could hear this really strange sound, it sounded like an old rusty bicycle wheel spinning freely, like a creaky rusty sound. It lasted for about 5 seconds then slowed down and stopped. It was coming from right around where the clutch is, is this almost certainly the clutch?

I'm hoping it is because I already know the clutch is crap and I dont need MORE problems with the car right now. Tell me what you think.

It could also be something like your cooling fan motor or the HVAC fan. The clutch stops immediately when the ignition shuts off.

Is the fan stuff possible?

Check the clutch on your A/C compressor.

i dont have an a/c compressor. And yes its possible that its the fan i'll check it out tomorrow. So you guys dont think that a bad clutch could cause this sound?

Not possible for it to be a bad clutch at all if it happens after turning the ignition off. There's no rotation from any of the drivetrain if your car is stationary when you turn the ignition off.
