So friends of the family work at a dealership and we mentioned the only cars we would want are Jeep Cherokees and 5.0's since I own both, they are very reliable and I know how to work on them. A month later they bring this Red, all power, leather, convertible, 5.0 auto by for my wife to try out. I guess its really clean but I cant see it since I'm stationed in San Diego and she is in Illinois. Its not a bad deal. The blue book is $9550, but they will take $8250 with low interest. I'm sure the insurance will be a killer though, but this is the last year of the 5.0 and it only has 70,000 miles on it. I'm thinking payments and insurance will be at least $400 a month. I'm not a huge fan of convertibles or the 94-95 body style either and it wont be a great car for the winter time. I also want to get a 4.6 so I can start to learn how those engines work. Think its a good deal and I havent weighed in the bennies from making my hot wife happy with a leather convertible, lol.
