Will 10'5" wheels fit with Flowmaster cat-back

I going to buy Flowmaster cat-back because i'm tired of my welded 40s Flows on stock 21/4 pips, so i was wandering will new exhaust with 10.5" wheels

they will fit i have 315/35/17's and i also have the american thunder 2 1/2 cat back system here ya go:

i know i know sorry for the ugly tips i got the 3 1/2 ones i need to put on, and when these tire's burn off i'm going to go with 335/35/17's BTW the current tires here are goodyear GSD3's they are the widest 315 on the market! they measure from side wall to side wall with a tape measure 13.2" or 15" peace

I just installed new AMerican Thunder with SS tips, and looks like i don't need any more pics because i have seen how they looks like
