Will 4R70W bolt up to my 95GT

The AODE is gone and don't have $1200 for a rebuild- I can get a cheaper used 4R70W- will it bolt up and what would else would need to be changed?

I think the tailhousing or yoke is different- not sure?

To be quite honest, I don't know if the 4r70w will bolt up to an sn95 or not. I know that there is freshly rebuilt AODE's on ebay for about $795. You may want to look into going that route.

One from a V6 car, preferably 1999-2004, would work with some modification. Primarily electronic, I think. There's a write-up on it somewhere.
