Will 70's 302 parts fit onto a 91 302 ?

Ok, I am selling a 91 302 HO longblock and a potential buyer is asking me if his 70's edelbrock carbed intake will fit it, if the moter mounts are the same, and if the front parts like the alternator and other parts from his 70's 302 engine will fit on to the 91 302. I know I posted this in talk as well, but I need some quick answers, and this is more of a technical question.Thanks

the intake will fit, and im sure that you could use the 70s alt. and other accessories, but you'd have to use 70 brackets and pullies (vbelt)

Pretty much everything will bolt on but you have to watch the distributor gear and the flywheel. The 5.0 engine uses a hardened gear and a 50 oz flywheel where the 302 uses a regular distributor gear and a 28 oz flywheel. Also remember to tell him the 5.0 uses the 351 Windsor firing order and not the 302.
