Will E7 valve springs fit gt-40p?

My cousin wanted me to ask if anyone knew if the stock e7 springs will fit gt-40p heads. The springs are double springs so I don't think the springs themselves are stock just need to know the if they will fit. Thanks.

Yes they will fit, and are actually preferred over the stock gt40p springs.

I see you need 19lb injectos, will 87-93 work? If so I have some.

My brother works at a salvage yard, says he has some of the v-6 explorers, not sure the years, He will check to see how much the owner want for them.
