yes im in CA. but this guy that i know that lives in the same town as me had a bassani catted x on his stang and he passed. also, another guy i know passed with the bassani and all the techs said was "hey thats a nice midpipe". man i hope i pass i dont have a stock mid pipe If not oh NO!
well if they passed than the smog techs did an incomplete smog inspection and if they get caught they will have massive fines and lose their license. the cars that passed can also theoretically be recalled and may have to go to a ref for a complete inspection.
look as long as the cats arent bad and your motor has been kept up then you should be fine. just go to the same people who smogged your friends mustangs.
